An investment range with perspective.
The Regalis investment range is organised by the purpose and underlying exposure of each strategy. Compare the investment focus, structure, liquidity considerations and principal risks before requesting the relevant documents.
Understand the role of each strategy.
Our strategy range brings together diversified portfolios, private credit, real estate and private business investment. Each has a different investment focus, source of return and approach to capital access. Individual co-investments and bespoke mandates provide further ways to explore a defined objective.
Pooled vehicles combine capital within an agreed mandate. Individual opportunities focus on a specific transaction, while a bespoke mandate starts with your requirements. Availability and participation are confirmed for each investment; a broad capability does not mean every strategy is suitable or open to every investor.
The detailed documents define the investment. This overview helps you identify the discussions and information that are relevant to you.
Compare the underlying exposure
| Area of focus | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Diversified investments | A portfolio can span Australian and international equities, fixed income, cash and selected private assets. Examine the actual allocation and how liquidity is managed. Multiple asset labels do not establish a balanced portfolio unless the underlying economic drivers and capital requirements have been considered together. |
| Credit and real estate | Credit relies on contractual lending arrangements and repayment capacity. Property equity participates in ownership economics, including leasing, capital works and development. Compare seniority, borrowing, security and capital access carefully. The same underlying property can support investments with very different rights and cash flows. |
| Private business and select opportunities | Private equity depends on business performance, ownership rights and commercial execution. Individual co-investments focus on a particular transaction, while bespoke mandates begin with an agreed brief. Each requires attention to decision authority, additional capital needs and the timing and uncertainty of an eventual exit. |

Choose by purpose, then examine the terms.
An investment label cannot establish suitability. Two credit funds may hold very different loans; two property opportunities may differ in leverage, location, tenancy and construction exposure. Comparisons become more useful when they begin with the underlying assets and the circumstances needed for the strategy to work.
Ask for the strategy mandate, relevant offering material and an explanation of the operating structure. Confirm whether the discussion concerns a pooled vehicle, an individual transaction or a bespoke service. Then compare fees, reporting and access to capital on the same basis. Your existing holdings and planned expenditure are part of that comparison. Availability and participation requirements are confirmed for each investment.
