A finance partner for your client transactions.
Regalis works with external brokers on property, development and business finance scenarios. Our proposed partnership model centres on clear assessment, an identified contact and agreed communication with the client.
REGALIS / PartnersA defined relationship for external brokers
A productive broker relationship begins with clarity about the transaction and each party's role. We agree how the client will be contacted, what information is required and how updates will be shared.
The broker remains an important part of the process. Where a transaction moves to detailed assessment, the team explains the outstanding questions and conditions rather than relying on an unexplained status label.
Commercial arrangements should be documented separately and disclosed where required. They do not change the need for a complete and accurate submission or the lender's assessment.

For external professional finance brokers
This relationship is for external brokers bringing clients and finance scenarios to Regalis. It differs from Regalis acting as the client's finance broker. At the outset, clarify whether the scenario is being considered for a direct funding route or another agreed placement arrangement, who prepares the application and who is responsible for each part of the client service.
Explain the borrower objective, proposed structure and any material complications early. The assessment is more useful when the security, existing debt and repayment evidence tell one coherent story. Agree how requests reach the client and how progress is reported to the broker. Commercial terms, authority and any fee arrangements belong in the relevant agreement and disclosures rather than being assumed from a website submission. Keep the source and date of supporting information clear as the scenario develops.
The process, explained
- 01
Establish the relationship
Introduce your business, professional role and client needs. Discuss the services you intend to provide, the authority you hold and the type of relationship you want to establish with Regalis.
- 02
Agree responsibilities and information handling
Confirm who can communicate with the client, which information can be shared and how documents will be supplied. Discuss any relevant verification, commercial terms and disclosure requirements before relying on the arrangement.
- 03
Prepare an authorised handover
For a live matter, explain the client objective, timing and known complications. Identify the decision being sought and who will manage the application or investment discussion after the introduction.
- 04
Maintain the agreed communication
Updates follow the client authority and the role of each party. Keep business and contact information current, raise changes to the arrangement and use only the access permissions that have been expressly provided.
Questions before you proceed
Is broker registration the same as approval for a loan?
No. Partner onboarding establishes a working relationship. Each scenario is assessed separately and requires the relevant approvals, documentation and conditions. Registration does not guarantee that any product or funding route will be available.
Is the Introducer Portal a broker application system?
The Introducer Portal is intended for authorised introduction visibility. Any access follows an agreed role and onboarding process. External brokers should confirm their own submission and communication arrangements rather than assuming the portal replaces them.
Bring the next scenario into focus
Prepare a concise transaction summary, confirm the client authority and identify the next decision you need. The team can then discuss the assessment route, outstanding information and an appropriate communication arrangement.
